- SH7615
-
NOTE: Not recommended for new designs (replacement by SH7618, SH7619)
The SH7615 is a CMOS single-chip microcontroller that integrates a high-speed
CPU core using an original Renesas architecture with supporting functions
required for an Ethernet system.
- SH7616
-
Note: Not recommended for new designs. Please use SH7618 or SH7619 instead.
The SH7616 is a microprocessor that integrates peripheral functions necessary
for system configuration with a 32-bit internal architecture SH2-DSP CPU as
its core.
- SH7618
-
This LSI is a CMOS single-chip microcontroller that integrates a high-speed
CPU core using an original Renesas Electronics RISC (Reduced Instruction Set
Computer) architecture with supporting functions required for an Ethernet
system.
- SH7619
-
The SH7619 is the first Renesas microprocessor to offer an on-chip IEEE802.3
*2 compliant Media Access Controller (MAC*3) and a PHY transceiver, previously
connected externally, in a single chip. The SH2 CPU core has a maximum
operating frequency of 125 MHz, enabling high-speed execution of TCP/IP and
similar protocol processing, and the implementation of high-performance
systems.
- SH7670
-
The SH7670 incorporates SH2A-FPU core. The SH7670 incorporates an Ethernet
controller and 1 channel of USB2.0 host and function module. Products with an
on-chip encryption circuit and a SD card interface are also provided, and
network, external storage, expansion I/Os and other interfaces are controlled
by a single chip.
- SH7710
-
The SH7710, SH7712 and SH7713 incorporate a 32-bit SH3-DSP core and operate at 200MHz. 2-channel media access controller on-chip. 2Kbytes are available for both Ethernet reception and transmission. The SH7710 alone has an IPsec accelerator onchip which makes possible more effective processing of encrypted communication. Compared with the SH7710, the SH772 does not have an IPsec accelerator, Compared with the SH7712, the SH7713 has a 1-channel Ethernet controller and the DMAC specialized for Ethernet controller has a reduced 2-channel function.
