Overview

These LSIs based on SH-3/SH3-DSP,and have high performance and low power consumption. In addition, instruction set is upwardly compatible with SH-1 and SH-2. The on-chip memory management unit (MMU) supports operating systems such as Windows® CE and Linux. There is also a product having A/D, D/A and USB, and the LCD controller, and you can use it for various uses.

SH7705

The SH7705 microprocessor incorporates the 32-bit SH-3 CPU and has large size Cache (32KB) and built-in USB Function. It also actualizes low power consumption 200mW(typ) (@ 133MHz).


SH7706

The SH7706 microprocessor incorporates the 32-bit SH-3 CPU. This is the Slim version of the SH7709S and has 176 pins package.


SH7709S

The SH7709S microprocessor incorporates the 32-bit SH-3 CPU and actualizes improved CPU operation performance 260MIPS(max) (@ 200MHz).


SH7720

The SH7720 microprocessor incorporates a 32-bit SH3-DSP CPU and is also equipped with peripheral functions, such as USB Host/Function, LCD controller, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) hardware accelerator, necessary for configuring a user's system and realizes low power consumption.


SH7721

SH7721 is a deletion of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) hardware acceleratorfunction from SH7720. The SH7721 specifications except SSL are same asSH7720


SH7727

The SH7727 microprocessor incorporates the 32-bit SH3-DSP CPU and is also equipped with peripheral functions, such as USB Host/Function, LCD controller, necessary for configuring a user system.


SH7729R

The SH7729R microprocessor incorporates the 32-bit SH3-DSP CPU and actualizes improved CPU operation performance 260MIPS(max) (@ 200MHz). It also have higher performance 400MOPS(max) (@ 200MHz) for DSP extended instructions.
