SH7206

Product Overview:

The SH7206 is a set of ROMless products with a maximum operating frequencyof 200MHz. With 128 Kbytes of on-chip RAM to which both read and write accessescan be accomplished in a single clock cycle, the SH7206 maximizes theperformance of 200 MHz operating frequency. Equipped with fast external BusClock that operates at a maximum frequency of 66MHz and Bus Interface ControlCircuit, the SH7206 can be directly connected to various external deviceswithout the need of glue logic. The SH7206 includes industrial modules such asa Multifunction Timer and A/D Converter, and also communication modules such asan SCI (Serial Communication Interface) and an I²C. In addition, itadopts 176pin (QFP) which is suitable for a wide range of applications.
