The H8S/2268 Group and H8S/2264 Group of products come with internal 32kHzoscillation circuit subclocks. These 100-pin products incorporate an LCDcontroller, DTMP controller (H8S/2268 Group), LCD (H8S/2264 Group), and I2C-businterface in addition to the standard peripheral modules.
