Series Lineup

  • A wide product lineup covering flash memory sizes from 8 KB to 512 KB is available.
  • The package lineup covers pin counts from 36 to 100 pins. In addition to the basic LQFP, a lineup of small size LGA packages is also available.
  • A lineup of ASSP products specialized for specific applications is also planned.
