Product Overview:

Suitable for applications such as detectors and sensors requiring low power and analog integration

The RL78/I1D microcontroller has enhanced analog functions such as operational amplifiers, 12-bit A/D converter and window comparators. The MCU also supports very low power operation (124 uA @ 1 MHz ) and a high speed 4µs wake up.

    • Smoke, gas, CO detector used in fire protection systems
    • Motion, glass break detectors used in Security and Access control systems.
    • Industrial sensors, circuit breakers
