M32C/8B Group

Power Supply Voltage Detection is added to standard peripherals. Maximum operating frequency is 32MHz.100-pin and 144-pin packages are available. Data Flash (4KB × 2 blocks) is embedded (Flash Memory Version only).


M32C/8A Group

Power Supply Voltage Detection is added to standard peripherals. Maximumoperating frequency is 32MHz. A 100-pin package is available.


M32C/88 Group

3 channels of CAN and Cold Start-up / Warm Start-up Determine Function(Option) are added to standard peripherals. Equipped with Intelligent I/O: TimeMeasurement or Waveform Generating Function, Communication Function, and2-phase Pulse Signal Processing. Maximum operating frequency is 32MHz. 100-pinand 144-pin packages are available. Data Flash (4KB × 1 block) is embedded.


M32C/87 Group

Real-time Ports, 0 to 2 channels of CAN, and Power Supply Voltage Detectionare added to standard peripherals. Equipped with Intelligent I/O: TimeMeasurement Function, Waveform Generating Function, Communication Function, and2-phase Pulse Signal Processing. Maximum operating frequency is 32MHz. 100-pinand 144-pin packages are available. Data Flash (4KB × 1 block) is embedded(Flash Memory Version only).


M32C/85 Group
