The H8SX/1635 Group enhances the analog functions (ADC and DAC) of theexisting H8SX/1638 Group. Peripheral functions have been further enhanced witha 10-bit ADC (2units) which achieves a conversion speed of 1 μs (2.7 times theconventional speed) and an on-chip 10-bit DAC (8-bit for H8SX/1638). The H8SX/1635 Group is also pin-to-pin compatible with the H8SX/1638 Group.

Peripheral functions have been further enhanced witha 10-bit ADC (3units) which achieves a conversion speed of 1 μs (2.7 times theconventional speed) and an on-chip 10-bit DAC (8-bit for H8SX/1648). TheH8SX/1645 Group is also pin-to-pin compatible with the H8SX/1648 Group.

It is upward pin-to-pincompatible with H8SX/1653 group and supports ROM size from 384K to 1MB. Theon-chip peripheral functions have been enhanced with 2 units of TPU, PPG andADC. And On-chip EXDMAC allows for parallel data transfer on the internal busand external bus. The H8SX/1658M Group newly added to H8SX/1658R Group thistime boasts the addition of LVD/POR functions.

H8SX/1648A group and H8SX/1648L group are a 32-bit CISC microcomputer with amaximum operating frequency of 50 MHz. It supports greater ROM size from 256Kto 1MB and the on-chip peripheral functions have been enhanced with 2 units ofTPU and PPG, and 3 units of ADC. I2C also supports 5V input(with only channel 2and 3).The H8SX/1648L Group newly added to H8SX/1648A Groupthis time boasts the addition of LVD/POR functions.
The notes(TN-H8*-A377A/E) for ports 67 and 66 of the H8SX/1648 Groupdo not need to be applied to the H8SX/1648A Group.

The H8SX/1648G Group and H8SX/1648H Group are BGA 176-pin versions enhancingthe package lineup with the aim of increasing the H8SX/1648A Group pin count.The well-received EXDMAC of H8SX/1668R has also been added, and is availablefor a wide range of applications. Additionally, LVD/POR functions have beenadded to the H8SX/1648H Group.
