H8S/2602 Group

The H8S/2602 Group of microcomputers is equipped with 16bit x 16bitmultipliers. These 80-pin package products support 5V interface.


H8S/2604 Group

The H8S/2604 Group of microcomputers is equipped with 16bit x 16bitmultipliers. These 100-pin package products support 5V interface.


H8S/2607 Group

The H8S/2607 Group of microcomputers is equipped with 16bit x 16bitmultipliers. These 128-pin package products support 5V interface.


H8S/2609 Group

The H8S/2609 Group of microcomputers is equipped with 16bit x 16bitmultipliers. These 144-pin package products support 5V interface.


H8S/2612 Group

The H8S/2612 Series are single-chip microcomputers made up of the high-speed H8S/2600 CPU as its core, and the peripheral functions required to configure a system. The H8S/2600 CPU has an instruction set that is compatible with the H8/300 and H8/300H CPUs.


H8S/2615 Group

The H8S/2615 Group single-chip microcomputer is made up of the high-speed H8S/2600 CPU as its core, and the peripheral functions required configuring a system. The H8S/2600 CPU has an instruction set that is compatible with the H8/300 and H8/300H CPUs.


H8S/2628 Group

The H8S/2628 Series are single-chip microcomputers made up of the high-speed H8S/2600 CPU as its core, and the peripheral functions required to configure a system. The H8S/2600 CPU has an instruction set that is compatible with the H8/300 and H8/300H CPUs.


H8S/2630, 2639, 2638, 2636, 2635 Group

The H8S/2630, 2639, 2638, 2636, 2635 group of microcomputers contains 16bitx 16bit multipliers. These 128-pin products incorporate modules such as2-channel CAN interface, micro-step motor control timer, 384kB flash memory(H8S/2630), I2C bus interface (H8S/2638, H8S/2639, H8S/2630), subclockfrequency divider (H8S/2639. H8S/2630) and PLL clock frequency multiplier inaddition to the standard peripherals.


H8S/2633 Group

These LSIs are high-performance microcomputers with a 32-bit H8S/2600 CPU core and a variety of built-in peripheral functions necessary for a system configuration.


H8S/2643 Group

This group of microcomputers is an I/O enhanced version of the 16bit x 16bitbuilt-in multiplier H8S/2633 Group products. These 120-, 128- and 144-pinproducts incorporate SCI5ch, PLL clock frequency multiplier and powerful timersin addition to the standard peripheral modules.


H8S/2648, 2646 Group

This group of microcomputers incorporates 16bit x 16bit multipliers. These144-pin products are equipped with built-in CAN interface 2ch, LCDcontroller/driver, microstep motor control timer, PC break controller and PLLclock frequency multiplier in addition to the standard peripheral modules.


H8S/2649 Group

This group of microcomputers incorporates 16bit x 16bit multipliers. These144-pin products are equipped with built-in CAN interface 2ch, LCDcontroller/driver and microstep motor control timer in addition to the standardperipheral modules


H8S/2655 Group

This group of microcomputers incorporates 16bit x 16bit multipliers. These120- and 128-pin products are equipped with high-level peripheral features suchas a built-in high-speed A/D converter (conversion time: 1μs in scan mode) andDMAC in addition to the standards.


H8S/2668 Group

This group of products incorporates a 16bit x 16bit multiplier, 33MHz/3.3Vhigh-speed operation and compact peripherals. In addition, pin-compatibilitywith the H8S/2678 Group (144-pin) makes switching over simple.


H8S/2678, H8S/2678R Group

The H8S/2678 Series and H8S/2678R Series are microcomputers (MCU) made up of theH8S/2600 CPU employing Hitachi's original architecture as their cores, and the peripheralfunctions required to configure a system.
