H8/300H MCUs deals efficiently with high volumes of data with a embedded 512KB Flash microcomputer. High compatibility with the H8/300 all allow greater efficiency, making it an ideal command system. H8/300H family of microcontrollers are 16-bit MCUs integrated around original Renesas H8/300H CPU core.

Lineup:

H8/3001 Group

H8/3001 is the ROM-less 80-pin QFP type microcomputer which contributes greater system compactness.


H8/3002 Group

H8/3002 is a smaller version of the H8/3003 which contributes to the miniaturization of the system.


H8/3003 Group

The H8/3003 ROM-less device can be ordered for production purposes, but it is not recommended for new designs, as Renesas now offers newer and better products. Please have a look at the H8S/2320, H8S/2322, H8S/2390 or H8S/2392 for example.


H8/3004(H8/3004, H8/3005) Group

H8/3004,3005 are ROM-less 80-pin microcomputer and pin-compatible with the H8/3032 group. 2/4Kbytes of on-chip RAM products lineup are added.


H8/3006(H8/3006, H8/3007) Group

H8/3006 and H8/3007 are ROM-less 100-pin microcomputers that are pin-compatible with the H8/3067 group. They are ROM-less on-chip DMA controller as well as H8/3002,H8/3003.


H8/3008 Group

H8/3008 is ROM-less 100-pin microcomputer that is pin-compatible with the H8/3062 group. It is High-speed microcomputer with maximum operating frequency of 25MHz (5V, 3V).


H8/3022(H8/3020, H8/3021, H8/3022) Group
The H8/3022F features 18MHz/3V operation, 256Kbyte Flash and 8 Kbyte SRAM memory on-chip, a reduced peripheral set including an integrated timer unit (ITU) which is dedicated for electrical motor control, and comes in a 80-pin package.

H8/3024(H8/3024, H8/3026) Group

The H8/3024 Group is a 3V version of the H8/3062 group. It containshigh-speed microcomputers with maximum operating frequencies of 25MHz (3V).


H8/3028(H8/3028, H8/3028F) Group

The H8/3028 Group of products is a 25MHz/3V version of H8/3068F.


H8/3029 Group

The H8/3029F Group contains 25MHz/3V microcomputers pin-compatible with theH8/3069RF group. They have embedded user boot ROMs and use the same E10Ton-chip emulator as H8/3048F-ONE.


H8/3032(H8/3030, H8/3031, H8/3032) Group

H8/3032 Group is high-performance 80-pin microcomputer suitable for motor control with on-chip multifunction timer and A/D converter.


H8/3035(H8/3033, H8/3034, H8/3035) Group

H8/3035 Group is pin-compatible with the H8/3032 group and it is the large capacity development version of H8/ 3032 group.


H8/3039(H8/3036, H8/3037, H8/3038, H8/3039) Group

The H8/3039 Group is 80-pin with 2 SCI channels on-chip, suitable for use inmobile phones. It is compact package and operates under low powerconsumption.


H8/3042(H8/3040, H8/3041, H8/3042) Group

H8/3042 Group has many ROM configurations available including on-chip multifunction timer, A/D and D/A converters, and DMA controller.


H8/3048(H8/3044, H8/3045, H8/3047, H8/3048) Group

The H8/3048 Group has numerous on-chip peripheral functions and is suitablefor battery-powered devices thanks to reduced power consumption.


H8/3048B Group

High-speed operation microcomputers with maximum operating frequencies of25MHz/5V or 3V. Single power supply version of H8/3048F with built-in Flash.Economical debugging environment provided by on-chip E10T emulator.


H8/3052B Group

These microcomputers have built-in 512kB large capacity flash memory, arepin-compatible with H8/3048F-ONE and operate at 5V.


H8/3062(H8/3060, H8/3061, H8/3062) Group

H8/3062 Group is slim version of the H8/3067 group.


H8/3067(H8/3065, H8/3066, H8/3067) Group

These high-speed microcomputers incorporate a wealth of peripherals and a3-channel serial interface. They are equipped with a burst ROM interface andsupport DRAM high-speed page mode.


H8/3068 Group

These microcomputers are 384kB large capacity built-in Flash versions of theH8/3067 Group.


H8/3069R Group

These large capacity microcomputers incorporate 512kB Flash and 16kB RAM.Custom creation in a variety of boot modes for each system provided by userboot ROM support.
