The H8/3007 features 20 MHz operation at 5V, 4 Kbyte SRAM (H8/3006: 2 Kbyte SRAM) memory on-chip, a well-balanced peripheral set including three SCI channels, DMA and DRAM controller, and comes in a 100-pin package. The H8/3007 is the pin-compatible ROM-less version of the H8/3067RF . The H8/3007 aims at consumer- and general industrial applications.
