The H8/300 Series are high-speed processors featuring powerful bit-manipulation instructions, ideally suited for realtime control applications.
The following features are included

  • Employs the proprietary Renesas H8/300 8-bit CPU.
  • 16MHz/5V, 10 MHz/3V high-speed operation.
  • Minimum instruction execution time: 125ns (f = 16MHz)
  • 8-bit and 16-bit addition and subtraction: 125ns - 8-bit ・ 8-bit multiplication: 875ns
  • Peripheral functions for a variety of requirements.
  • Single power supply flash ROM, watchdog timer, host interface, 10-bit A/D converter, I2C-bus interface.

H8/338

The H8/338 is a member of the H8/300 series of high performance 8/16-bit CPU´s and was developed for applications that require a high level of CPU performance and integration.
