Renesas Lead-Free Packages (RoHS compliant)

All Renesas products are lead-free, with the exception of some non-promotion products, discontinued products, and end-of-life announced products.
In addition, Renesas is able to supply lead-free products even for areas not stipulated by the RoHS Directive, such as automotive applications, server, storage, network infrastructure equipment and medical device systems.

The reflow heatproof and MSL (JEDEC Moisture Sensitive Level) of some packages are provided for reference below. If the reflow heatproof and storage condition shown here differ from that described in the Renesas specification that came with your product, the Renesas specification that came with your product takes precedence.
